Energy production and consumption, is tightly interwined with the economy of every nation on the planet.  Consequently, we need to be very careful how we approach all of this.   Risks need to be mitigated.  Existing services from all levels and sectors need to be balanced so as to minimize economic impact; while simultaneously maximizing ecological improvements.  We don't just mean maintaining revenue sources.  We mean preservation of services and quality of life that those revenues provide.  Ecological improvements need to be maximized but we also need to recognize the ability of the economy to support the improvements.

First we must identify where these shifts will occur and then plan for them.  We need to make sure that there is a green methodology to take the place of the old system.  The shift needs to be phased in to assure minimal economic & social impact to the extent humanly possible.  We want to maximize improvement in the ecological impact where possible at every step.  Every ecological improvement makes every subsequent step easier to manage.

We need to plan for transitions and to communicate when they will occur.  We all need to help the people working in sectors to be transitioned.  They are working hard to preserve our ability to execute the overall timeline and we all need to not forget that.  We will need some duplicity, especially early in these endeavors, if we are to keep everyone focused on the strategic vision of what needs to be accomplished.   We need tolerance and understanding.

Having noted we need tolerance, we also clearly recognize that there will be recalcitrant behavior on the part of many a politician and business bureaucrat.  Those people will not change their behavior until they are forced to by circumstance.   We all need to recognize the urgency of mitigating the underlying risk requires that we cannot stop progress in achieving goals and tasks that support the strategic objective.  That means those people will either have to get on the train or get left behind in the next election and find something else to do.   We need to remember what the cost of failure might be and that should constantly motivate everything we do.

H2Orbit believes we have a necessity to achieve a reduction in atmospheric CO2 to mitigate current risks and assure sustainability of the biosphere.  That necessity is what motivates our urgency, which in turn dictates options we have.  Those circumstances in turn require complex planning capability to assure we have enough time and resources applied to the challenge in order to reach that benchmark and support the next.

People will have to look hard at their economy.  All economic levels will require scruitney.  "What if" scenarios need to be considered by all planners.  Those planners will need to consider the best method to realign any and all phased transition steps to minimize impact within the scope of their responsibilities.

Currently energy producers charge premiums for using "green energy".  H2Orbit contends that the generally accepted accounting methods (gaam) need to demand that those premiums be charged not on green technologies but on those that produce CO2 and pollutants.  If you want to stay with old methods then you ought to be forced to pay for the implementation path towards what must be accomplished.  Today that is not the case.

Individuals demanding transportation fueled by HHO or Hydrogen created from water will force economic planners to derive tax revenues from sources other than fossil fuels.  They will have to work hard to make sure that local, regional and national budgets remain intact.  Constituencies will need to be educated on why reallocations are occurring.  The intent, and we recognize this will be challenging, is to keep the overall cost of living the same for all individuals regardless of social or economic class.  That will be difficult indeed.

H2Orbit believes we can accomplish this through proper communications, diligence and effective knowledge management.  We will need to share information between similar social structures so that we can maximize overall learning and minimize impact for everyone.  We can do this.

There will be many facets that will be enablers of success.  Many will be double edged blades that allow as much opportunity for those working on progress as for those trying to impede it.  Everyone will need to recognize that and proceed accordingly.

The Internet allows pervasive communications from credible sources.  People will need to recognize which sources are credible and which are not.  It will be incumbent on those credible sources to identify other credible sources in order to minimize the impact from entrenched pundents.   Positive as this is we also need to recognize that not everyone on the planet has access to the Internet.  It will therefore be incumbent on those of us that do to help communicate to those that do not and to assure that what those people think - is the truth.

Existing technical capabilities and engineering have evolved to levels that can, if we actually leverage them, be coupled with effective strategic planning to accomplish the vision.  There is more to be learned for certain.  We do have what we need in order to begin.  We cannot afford to wait.  What we don't have we will have to learn "on the job".  We cannot stand by and watch life die around us.  We must recognize that all life is systemically connected and is an intrinsic part of our biosphere.  We cannot afford to be beligerant.

Freedom and liberty provide key crucible for paradigms of learning, tolerance and action.  Education then becomes a key social component to assure that subsequent generations can effectively leverage knowledge gained.  We need to remember that this is a 100 year timeline.  That's more than a couple of generations.   As individual freedom and liberty secure themselves on the world stage it will also align relationships between peoples everywhere.  The strategic vision will bring these people closer together in the common cause and that will in turn strengthen freedom and liberty.  It will be an ever strengthening proposition.  H2Orbit does not believe this situation; these issues and challenges, are such that tyrants and dictators can provide solutions to.  It is simply not in their nature or character.  Why?  Because the solution requires faith in other people.
