About Us

H2Orbit does not want to duplicate the efforts of Lobbists or other environmental groups here nor do we want to make this a partisan debate in any way.  We simply want to present opportunities for constituents to engage their political leaders in a positive direction.  That means:

  • CO2 must be recognized as a problem for the biosphere
  • we need pervasive recognition that biosphere levels of CO2 need to be at pre-industrial revolution concentrations
  • Local, regional, state, province and national legislative efforts need to re-enforce global objectives.
  • constituents must demand that legislators establish policies resulting in taxing the problem not the solution.  Assure that policies and laws are making it easier to achieve sustainability not inhibiting it.
  • Constituents must demand from those running for office promises to establish a stable tax base in light of the shifts that must occur.  This means that fuel tax (as an example) revenue must shift to other areas to assure stable funding sources for services civilization requires. (you can't tax water if we start running our vehicles on HHO).  Your local government services must still be paid for.  Do not allow them to create an environment of "fear".  Demand they create a 'phased approach' that recognizes 'where we are' and 'where we need to be' and has a cogent plant to get there.
  • Constituents must demand that space be opened up for free enterprise.  We must  demand the necessary infrastructures, plans, policies and procedures be implemented so that we can achieve the strategic objectives and do so in a safe and secure manner.  Global security must be assured.
  • Constitutents must demand that political leaders support programs at their respective levels of influence.  That they drive initiatives consistent with sustainability.

Remember:  Every second we spend not pushing towards sustainability makes sustainability that much harder to achieve. Every second we delay there is just that much more CO2 in the atmosphere we must ultimately deal with.  Make sure that your politicians understand the situation, issues, challenges and what we must do implement solutions. Sustainability policy must be on the other side of the curve if we are to succeed.

H2Orbit has made a 'strategic speech' suggestion to the White House.  If you would like to read that document it is available in our Reference Library on the Downloads page.

We encourage you to explore the materials presented directly from this site as well as some of the links.  One could spend a lifetime exploring them all.  Please balance available time with effective action.  Education that causes no action serves no purpose.  Encourage your neighbors, friends and colleagues to explore the materials here and then take their own action.  Use the feedback form to make suggestions for improvements.  Please spend your time wisely.  Time spent understanding these issues is an investment toward the future for us all.

If you have an election cycle coming up, regardless of where you are on the planet, drive constituents to H2Orbit and encourage people to make attainment of a stable biosphere part of the "issues".  Make them "election issues".  Demand that political leaders understand what is at stake.

Make "H2Orbit - It's about sustainability" an election issue.

Do not settle for "reductions".  Do not settle for "cleaner", ask "is it clean enough"!   Demand that we (collective we) push for elimination of CO2 production.   Look for opportunity to sequester CO2.  Find business opportunities that consume CO2 and bind it into solids that can be used in the economy.

Push for energy that does not produce CO2.

Demand legislatures eliminate "dead zones" (hypoxic areas) from our oceans.

H2Orbit has sponsored two public discussion forums one on Google (preferred) and one on Yahoo.  We prefer google over yahoo simply because google allows 'the chips to fall where they may' and the other allows higher positions in search engines to be "purchased".  We would rather see that money used for productive purposes - not defending entrenched positions.

The direct URL for the discussions are:

We encourage your participation in either or both of these open global discussions.
