The organization is still in its embryonic stage.  Your contributions will help us solidify the necessary administration and resources to formalize the organization.  Right now we are working through elements of strategic governance and business design.  We are also looking for suitable office facilities to locate the organization.  As yet no decisions have been made.   Funding significantly influences these decisions.

In addition to the above issues, fate has presented us an opportunity to execute one of our projects, a bit earlier than we had planned.   Consequently, we simultaneously need to raise funds for the HyCat program.

The organization can visualize projects and programs that total almost $1 Billion U.S.

• Awareness campaigns to help educate the general population
• Establish the baseline infrastructure necessary to maintain the existence of the organization.
• We have one project that under ideal circumstances would be executed later but as fate would have it, the opportunity to execute it is before us now.  Consequently, early as it may be, it has jumped up in priority.  We need to raise $10.5 Million to execute our HyCat project.  The project details are only being disclosed under signed Non-Disclosure agreement.  Phase 1 - Will capture the attention and imagination of people around the world.  Phase 2 - Will take the assets developed and loosely retrace the phase 1 steps visiting as many individuals, students, key business and press / media as possible and show them up close and personal how we did what we did.  Phase 3 - Will put the assets developed in this project in service to key scientists to help document critical biosphere metrics in support of our mission to help solve Climate Change problems and Global Warming.  Phase 4 - is, years away, and places the assets developed into a museum for posterity.
