Currently there are an array of legislative and legal issues in the areas of the strategies.  Some areas deal with planning and zoning issues; which govern how real estate can be used.  Others are environmental in their nature (sorry no pun intended).   Still more fall into energy production areas of the law.

The average reader needs to understand that in a free democratic society - the people are the law.  If there is a law on the books and the people don't like it; then it is incumbent on those people to elect legislators and officials that will make the situation right.  This is what allows democracies to adapt to changing circumstances over time.
