H2Orbit is an informational web site intended to communicate the strategic resolution to some of the most salient problems facing Earth.  There are no fees.  We do not collect anyone's email IDs.  We do not use cookies in any way. 

Our goal is simply to inform the global public about the situation we are in as driven by the issues, its challenges and to propose a strategic solution.   We are not going to simply point out the problem.  We are not going to just throw a solution at the wall to see if it sticks.  We are going to build a bridge to show how we can get from point A to point B.  Our only political agenda is simple - It's About Sustainability.

Since its inception H2Orbit has been completely funded and supported by the Board of Directors.  Zero monies were donated, despite its non-profit roots.   After much thought the Board has decided that in 2007 H2Orbit will be restructured as a "for profit" corporation.  Not because the organization wants to make money, but because the laws in the United States governing non-profit entities place restrictions on what can be done with initiatives and projects that span fiscal cycles.  Therefore for reasons of strategic governance the board has decided to reform the corporate entity in 2007 in a manner that will accommodate a structure more conducive to attaining the vision.

H2Orbit has a published "cause" posted on Facebook.com and we strongly encourage your participation.  The cause is simple - spread the word and demand adoption of these strategic principles from elected officials.  We ask for you to engage and be part of the solution.  Any other alternative only makes resoultion harder and reduces the chances for success.  Just do it.   We did.

100% of all funds will be directed into the H2Orbit mission.  There are no dividends paid to stockholders.  100% of any future dividend will be reinvested in the business and it's stated mission. 

H2Orbit as an organization is open to the idea of granting 100% of the stock in the new corporation to the people of the United States.  That means the company would be owned by and operated for and by the people.  We also intend for the accounting to be completely transparent and open.  That would put Congress in a position of oversight responsibility should that grant transpire.   The intent to operate in a manner similar to a 501(c)3 remains and these changes do not affect anything except issues regarding strategic governance.   Obviously much work has to be done between now and then; however the board felt it important for people to know the intent.

Today H2Orbit has been 100% funded by Charles C. McGowen, P.A. a business consulting corporation.   The tax status of H2Orbit means that individuals may not take donations off on their taxes. 

H2Orbit asks individuals that wish to help support our mission, do so through merchandise available through our Boutique.   We will provide merchandise for the site, programs and if you work with us we will even try to help support your efforts to get the message out. 

Knowing our intent - the organization does still need significant assistance with capital in order to finalize formation and establish the endeavor.   We have a significant amount of work we would like to do as well as a few critical projects that desperately need funding.   These efforts total sums over $30 million US.   Accredited investors wishing to help should do so with a clear understanding of the information contained on this page.   H2Orbit suggests that you contact an attorney if you need clarification of implications as they pertain to you.

Having said this, H2Orbit needs your help.  Anything you can do will be appreciated.

H2Orbit is dedicated to promoting the high frontier to improve ecological, economic and social conditions.   The organization is currently established as a non-profit corporation as filed with the Secretary of the State of Florida.  We will update this page when the transformation is complete.

H2Orbit has an implementation philosophy of leveraging existing information, associations, and organizations.  People everywhere need to see that we are not alone in these opinions.  That massive action is needed if we are to succeed, and we must to be sure.  There is still massive amounts of work yet to be done everywhere in this endeavor.  There is more than enough work to go around and so we seek to complement and augment those other organizations and efforts not suplant them.  Therefore:

Material is presented on this site in a fashion that seeks to educate.  Complex ideas, words, phrases, and concepts are linked to external resources that provide greater depth in understanding.  Many of our links leverage information in Wikipedia.  Why?  Because it is global, multilingual, free to consumers, open and it helps people learn.  Everyone won't appreciate every link and we understand that.  In a perfect world someone would donate millions to our effort and we would employ the technology that would deliver individualized information on these topics to everyone based on their personal needs.  However, at the moment we don't have those millions.   Know someone that might be interested in making a donation?
